Dear Valued Clients,

During this critical time in history, we are doing our utmost to protect ourselves and each other from the virus, and so change is inevitable in our lives. Our organization is currently working with reduced staffing in order to reduce risk to our staff and to meet the required physical distancing between staff and clients that is so critical to global recovery. We are still delivering the utmost in quality and service to meet your needs. In consideration of our staff, the Agriculture and Food Laboratory must introduce a reduction of hours in the Sample Reception area sample drop-off. (Excludes all Purolator and Dairy Transport deliveries)

Beginning May 1st, 2020 the hours that the AFL Sample Reception area will be open are:
Monday to Fridays 8 am to 5 pm.
(Excludes all Purolator and Dairy Transport deliveries)

If you have previously delivered samples to 95 Stone Road from 5 pm - 6 pm, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this will cause. Your business is very important to us and we are grateful for the work you entrusted to us during and prior to this pandemic.

We wish you, your families and colleagues good health and we look forward to returning to our normal hours of service as soon as possible.
