Analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy, delivering Fat, Protein, Lactose and Total solids results in units of %w/w. Please note that only a Fat result is delivered for cream (>10% fat) samples.
We can identify a wide array of foreign contaminants/materials in processed milk products. Learn more about our Foreign Contaminant Identification.
We also offer a full range of molecular testing. Click here to learn more about our molecular services.
Shelf life studies help establish the longevity of the product before spoilage. Food samples are stored over a non-accelerated time period and tested at pre-established time points based on the product ingredients. Our highly trained staff conducts microbiology tests that include standard spoilage organisms. Our Microbiology team will work with you to develop a scientifically sound sampling and testing protocol.
