GLP Pesticide Residue Analyses

Did you know that Laboratory Services at the University of Guelph has the facilities and expertise needed to provide GLP level analytical support for pesticide product registrations? The University of Guelph, Agriculture & Food Laboratory (AFL) is proud to be one of a few Canadian contract GLP laboratories, serving these industries since 2002.

Our facility provides analytical services to the agrochemical industry in full compliance with OECD Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines. In addition to being a recognized GLP test site by SCC, AFL operates in accordance  with the standard of ISO/IEC 17025 and have numerous tests accredited through SCC and CALA as shown on our scopes of accreditation.  As part of our quality program, we participate in a wide range of annual proficiency programs to ensure and confirm that our analytical systems and methodologies are accurate and precise.
